Plenful is hiring a Senior Technical Implementation Specialist to shape how we handle customer implementation, support, retention, loyalty, and expansion — in close partnership with our Director of Technical Customer Success. You'll collaborate across technical, commercial, and executive teams, with exposure to nearly every part of the company as it grows. This is a remote role with real growth potential.
Configure Plenful for New Customers and Use Cases — Work with customers to execute implementation on established use cases, and help us continually sharpen our implementation process so customers see value faster.
Engage Customers — Represent Plenful in customer-facing meetings to gather feedback, understand client-specific needs, and assist with custom configuration. Guide timelines, hold customers accountable to follow-up tasks, and keep raising the bar on customer experience.
Support Customers — Provide omnichannel support and help build documentation on best practices for the Plenful platform.
Collaborate with Account Management and Sales — Work with Account Management, Product Solutions, and Sales to define operational requirements for use case templates and modules that match client needs and market demand. Partner with Account Management and Sales to spot and lead implementations for contract expansions.
Engineering and Product — Work with Engineering and Product Solutions to communicate new feature needs and product requirements. Close the feedback loop between customers and product with business context, customer feedback, and input on design.
You've spent 4+ years in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or a related field.
You've worked directly with customers or managed customer relationships.
You can explain complex technical problems clearly, tailored to your audience.
You're proficient in SQL and Python.
You've worked with APIs and/or healthcare integration standards (FHIR, HL7) and formats like JSON, XML, and YAML.
You write and speak clearly and confidently.
You solve unstructured problems with a customer-focused approach.
You work well across Sales and Account Management to keep the customer experience seamless.
You're organized enough to manage multiple accounts and prioritize independently.
You're genuinely interested in healthcare and making the industry more efficient.
You're comfortable in a fast-moving, still-being-built environment.
