WHAT YOU’LL DO AT H1

As a Senior Technical Implementation Manager, you will lead enterprise software implementations and technical solution delivery for healthcare and life sciences customers. You will operate at the intersection of client strategy, technical implementation, enterprise data delivery, and Salesforce platform configuration.

- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers throughout implementation engagements
- Configure and support Salesforce-based applications, including workflows, permissions, dashboards, automation flows, and reporting structures
- Support enterprise integrations involving APIs, AWS/S3, Snowflake, Databricks, SFTP/FTPS, and CRM platforms
- Coordinate enterprise data delivery workflows, structured data feeds, and client-specific transformation requirements
- Troubleshoot technical, integration, and production issues while partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Data teams on resolution efforts
- Validate data quality, investigate discrepancies, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Manage implementation timelines, risks, dependencies, escalations, and delivery milestones across multiple client initiatives
- Conduct client workshops, solution walkthroughs, and user enablement sessions
- Build strong relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders while balancing business priorities with technical feasibility
- Drive alignment between customer expectations and internal delivery capabilities in fast-paced enterprise environments
