Senior Technical Expert - Manufacturing Integration

Job Details:

Job Description: Designs, develops, tests, and debugs software applications used by endusers or integrated with other applications by ISVs. Development may span the full application stack including both frontend and backend application development. Uses modern software development methodologies and programming languages, follows secure coding practices and software legal compliance guidelines, analyzes user stories, writes both functional and test code, automates build and deployment, and performs unit integration and endtoend testing of applications. Completes SDL tasks with the assistance of product security engineers and provides input to technical writers to complete product documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May also interact with end users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in C#, Java, or Python; experience with REST APIs, SAP integration technologies, and cloud platforms Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and SAP BAPIsF amiliarity with CI/CD tools, Git, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)Understanding of manufacturing processes and MES systemsProficient in Shell scripting for automation and task scheduling Skilled in Linux system administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization Preferred Qualifications:Bash scripting and advanced Shell scripting techniquesCron job scheduling and automation workflows Linux security hardening and performance tuning Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)Knowledge of version control systems (Git)Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for deployment and integration •Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum 8+yrs of working experience in Bachelor of Engineering.
