About the role- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform daily inspections of the facilities to identify and address maintenance issues. Develop and update preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and building systems. Respond to equipment breakdowns or system failures and coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions or operational issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Energy efficiency and sustainability: Monitor and adjust Air Con system settings to optimize temperature and humidity levels for efficient operation. Analyze energy consumption patterns and implement measures to improve energy efficiency. Incorporate renewable energy sources and sustainability initiatives into facility operations. Provide support for Green Mark certification or recertification of the buildings under his care.
- Cost Estimate: Prepare cost estimate for ad-hoc works for reactive or corrective maintenance and improvement work.
- Case closure: Ensure all maintenance feedback or request received are followed up, updated, and closed in computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) promptly.
- Equipment Installation: Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment or systems, following manufacturer guidelines and technical specifications.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies necessary for maintenance and repair activities, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment specifications, and repair histories to track asset performance and compliance requirements. Submit reports to Client as per request.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance tasks and ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Assistance with Projects: Provide support to facilities manager or project manager in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects, renovations, or upgrades.
- Emergency Response: Assist in responding to emergency situations, such as power outages, fire evacuation, equipment failures, or other facility-related emergencies, to minimize downtime and ensure the safety of occupants.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance services, repairs, and installations as needed.
- Supervision: To supervise and provide guidance to the technicians that report to him to fulfill the maintenance service objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, or energy efficiency enhancements within the facility and make recommendations to management.
- Any other maintenance related work that might be assigned by the superior.
About You
- A recognized diploma or degree in any M&E or technical or property management disciplines with a proven facility management background.
- Possess minimum of 3 years’ experience in M&E systems, Plumbing & Sanitary System or equivalent.
- Team Player and willing to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Team player.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Mon to Fri: 08:30 to 17:30 hrs, or 09:00 to 18:00 hrs (Staggered)
Alt. Sat: 08:30 to 12:30 hrs, or 09:00 to 13:00 hrs
