Overall Purpose: Collaborates with the sales team to provide technical support and consulting, ensuring successful product integration and implementation, while leveraging expertise to design optimized solutions and contribute to sales objectives through pre- and post-sales activities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Technical Sales Support and Consulting: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations, ensuring accurate representation and support of company products.
- Solution Design, Implementation, and Troubleshooting: Design innovative technology solutions, oversee their implementation and integration, analyze and resolve technical issues to ensure system functionality according to specifications.
- Client Interaction and Custom Solutions: Understand and analyze client requirements, deliver tailored systems/applications solutions, answer customer inquiries, and build mini-applications to demonstrate feasibility.
- Expertise and Continuous Improvement: Leverage in-depth knowledge of company products and industry expertise to optimize solutions, monitor performance, and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices.
- Independent Work and Additional Support: Work independently with minimal supervision, provide pre-sales and post-sales support, train clients and internal teams, create detailed documentation, and collaborate with development teams to enhance product offerings.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional with in-depth knowledge, applying organizational practices to resolve moderately difficult problems. Works with independent judgement on expansive projects with minimal supervision, implementing policy changes to improve functions. Actions impact efficiency costs, schedules and client relationships. Interacts primarily within the department and with General Managers and above across various teams.
