Senior/Principal Full Stack Technical Consultant
Technical Advisory Team @ Autodesk – Krakow
The Technical Advisory Team at Autodesk focuses on driving digital transformation. We support customers in implementing technology solutions, designing system architecture and providing integration planning guidance and assisting with strategic technology adoption and process optimization.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Technical Consultant who specializes in building high-quality, scalable solutions using C# on the backend and React with TypeScript on the frontend.
This role blends hands-on engineering, architectural thinking, and client-facing collaboration.
You’ll work on diverse challenges across internal product development and external customer engagements, driving technical excellence and delivering solutions that make a real impact.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement full-stack solutions using C#, React, TypeScript, and Node.js. On local and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Build robust backend services and APIs with C#/.NET, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and reliability.
Develop rich, responsive frontend experiences using React + TypeScript, ensuring consistency, performance, and modern UI practices.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, architects, and engineering peers across global teams.
Lead technical delivery for projects, ensuring high code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
Provide expert consulting to customers, helping them understand and leverage Autodesk technologies effectively.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level developers, and promote engineering excellence across the team.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the stack, driving clear resolutions and ensuring timely project delivery.
Stay current with industry trends, cloud capabilities, and modern software development approaches.
Minimum Qualifications
5–6+ years of experience in full-stack software development (for Principal-level consideration- 10+ years).
Strong backend development experience with C# and .NET.
Strong frontend development experience with React + TypeScript.
Experience with implementing and manging cloud-based solutions (AWS/Azure).
Solid understanding of modern SDLC practices, CI/CD, testing, and code quality standards.
Proven track record of designing and delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively.
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with DevOps practices and tooling (CI/CD pipelines, IaC, automated testing frameworks).
Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
Prior consulting experience or other client-facing background.
Additional details
This is a hybrid position with 3 Krakow office days.
