About the Role
As a Technical Integrations Consultant, you will design, build, and deliver technical solutions that enable successful Workday implementations. You’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with customers, partners, sales, and internal teams across the full project lifecycle—from pre-sales through post-production.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and developing integrations between Workday and external systems using modern integration technologies
Translating client business needs into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
Leading or supporting technical workstreams across requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
Troubleshooting and optimizing integrations to ensure performance and reliability
Partnering with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical and operational challenges
Contributing to process improvements, documentation, and reusable assets that enhance delivery and enablement
About You
You are a driven, solutions-oriented Technical Consultant who thrives in fast-paced implementation environments. You’re comfortable owning technical challenges, communicating complex concepts clearly, and adapting to shifting priorities. You bring strong analytical thinking, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to execute projects from concept through delivery.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technical consulting, enterprise software implementations (ERP, CRM, HR/FINS Tech), or project implementations
Experience with integration development, data migration, reporting, or software development
Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical designs
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Basic Qualifications (Senior)
6+ years of experience in technical consulting, enterprise software implementations (ERP, CRM, HR/FINS Tech), or project implementations

Other Qualifications
Proficiency with integration technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSLT, or EDI

Self-starter with strong collaboration, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
