Odaseva is looking for a Technical Architect who brings deep Salesforce architectural expertise and enterprise-grade data integration experience to help our largest customers protect, govern, and mobilize their data at scale. This role blends hands-on architecture, customer-facing advisory, and collaboration with Product to shape the future of data protection and AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and guide large-scale data management initiatives — including backup/recovery, archival, anonymization, and high-volume data migrations — for global enterprise customers.
Serve as the technical thought partner to customer architects and executives, providing guidance on regulated industry requirements (PII, GDPR, HIPAA, DORA) and best practices.
Provide architectural leadership to customers on designing scalable data workflows and integrations using AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks, ensuring their workflow system data strategies meet enterprise performance, governance, and compliance requirements.
Apply practical AI/ML techniques to customer use cases such as intelligent classification, anomaly detection, and automated compliance workflows (experience helpful but growth in this area expected and supported).
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap, validate use cases, and accelerate adoption of new data and AI-driven capabilities.
Required Experience
Deep Salesforce technical expertise, including APIs, data model, metadata architecture, security/sharing model, and platform limits/performance considerations.
Hands-on experience delivering solutions in regulated environments (e.g., Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Public Sector) with strong understanding of compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, DORA, etc.).
Proven track record leading large, complex data migrations and operationalizing enterprise-grade strategies for backup, restore, archival, and data lifecycle management.
Strong data engineering foundation, including experience building data pipelines, ETL flows, or lakehouse/lake-based architectures using Snowflake, Databricks, or AWS-native services.
Ability to learn and apply AI/ML concepts (LLMs, classification, anomaly detection) to real-world customer data problems. Prior AI experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills — including influencing VP/CXO-level stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with security frameworks, data privacy, or Zero Trust architectures.
Background with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein Trust Layer, or MLOps concepts.
Prior work with data governance, data lineage, or sensitive data classification tools.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, CTA), experience/certifications in AWS, Snowflake or Databricks.
Experience in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise data platform environment.

What We Do
At enterprise scale, Salesforce data is different. Data volumes are large. Data models are more sophisticated. Integrations, regulations, and business processes are much more intricate. All this complexity dramatically increases the risks to your data threatening to grind business to a halt. Odaseva is the only data platform built specifically to help the world's largest, most ambitious Salesforce customers keep their data protected, compliant, and agile. With Odaseva, Salesforce architects and platform owners get a powerful set of tools to help solve the problems at the foundation of the Salesforce data value chain. Keep customer data intact and available with comprehensive backup and archiving, apply analytics to prevent disruptions before they happen, use automation to take control of the entire data lifecycle and solve privacy and compliance issues at the root, and easily move data between production and non-production environments, to sandboxes, and to systems outside Salesforce.
