We’re creating frictionless customer experiences through digital solutions across our platforms.  We need a Sr. Technical Analyst focused on the product data information (PIM) platform and product data ecosystem/processes to help us get there.

As Senior Technical Analyst you will be a key member of the Digital Product Team responsible for the technical requirements, business process mapping, configuration, and continuous improvement of the enterprise Product Information Management (PIM) system.  This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for the platform, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product data is accurate, complete, and delivered efficiently across all downstream channels. The ideal candidate brings deep technical knowledge of PIM systems, integration architecture, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable system configurations

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Enterworks Platform Administration
•    Support configuration and maintenance of data hierarchies, attribute schemas, business rules and workflow templates
•    Support system upgrades, patches, and environment management in coordination with IT and platform vendor
•    Develop and maintain integrations between the PIM and downstream systems such as e-commerce platforms, ERP, DAM, and syndication channels

Product Data Management
•    Lead the onboarding, enrichment, and quality assurance of product content within the PIM, ensuring adherence to data standards and completeness thresholds
•    Define and enforce data governance policies, taxonomy structures, and attribute standards across product categories
•    Partner with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather, validate, and publish accurate product information
•    Monitor data quality dashboards and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce errors and gaps

Requirements Analysis & Solution Design
•    Elicit, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements from stakeholders across the enterprise
•    Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and system configurations within the PIM platform.
•    Design and recommend scalable solutions for product data workflows, channel syndication, and digital shelf readiness
•    Conduct gap analyses between current-state processes and desired-state outcomes, presenting findings and recommendations to leadership

Project & Stakeholder Management
•    Lead and coordinate technical workstreams for PIM-related projects, including new category launches, platform enhancements, and integrations
•    Create and maintain project documentation including process flows, data dictionaries, test plans, and training materials
•    Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption
•    Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to Product Manager and senior leadership

Testing & Quality Assurance
•    Develop and execute test plans for system configurations, integrations, and new features within the platform environment
•    Validate data outputs across all publishing channels to ensure accuracy and consistency
•    Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, data anomalies, and integration failures in a timely manner
•    Partner with QA and IT teams on regression testing for system upgrades and enhancements

Education/Experience
•    5+ years of experience in a technical analyst, systems analyst, or product data management role
•    2+ years of hands-on experience administering or configuring a PIM system
•    Demonstrated experience writing business and functional requirements, user stories, and system documentation
•    Proficiency with data modeling, attribute schema design, and workflow configuration within PIM or MDM platforms
•    Strong understanding of e-commerce, omnichannel retail, and digital shelf concepts
•    Experience with data integration concepts including APIs, flat-file imports/exports, and ETL processes
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to data accuracy.
•    Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
