About your role
As part of the Global Cyber & Information Security group, the Identity & Access Management Operations (IAM Operations Support) function is responsible for managing access to FIL applications and infrastructure. The team enforces principles of least privilege, working in a controlled and regulated environment. The IAM Ops team carry out the following key tasks – provisioning/de-provisioning, role management, access request support, application onboarding, and other access related activities.

This role will be working with our IAM team based out of Canada. It will require working in UK shift, to support Canada IAM operations and Business for its activities. Following

Experience in

• Understanding of IAM operational processes
• Transformational project for IAM technologies Sail Point, Identity Now (IDN)
• Application discovery and Onboarding to IGA tool (Identity Now / Aveksa Lifecycle and Governance).
• Experienced in requirement analysis related to user Life Cycle
• MS Active directory, Database, SQL and Basics of Shell Script skills

Knowledge of

• Access governance features of IAM tool.
• Account and Entitlement aggregation.
• Audit and compliance reporting from IAM point of view.
• IAM fundamentals & technologies. Working Experience with
• Application onboarding / Integration with any IAM tool

Skills in project management

• To create schedules, track, and report.
• Manage and report, risks and issues.
• Conduct periodic review of scope, schedule, and cost.
• Work across stakeholders.

Soft skills

• Manage client and other stakeholder expectations to maintain productive and engaged relationship.
• Document project activities and results.
• Flexible to work in shifts.

Other expectations.

• Support Canada IAM toolset,
• Respond to any issues related to Canada applications
• Manage the data feeds process
• Handle ad-hoc reporting requests from SailPoint.

About you

Ideal candidate will be a person who has deep understanding of IAM processes, how it related to over all security posture of organisation. One should have experience of end to end IAM processes of Joiner, Mover, Leaver, Provisioning / deprovisioning, application onboarding, reporting and audit. The role involve working primarily in Canada time zone. So one should be flexible to work the shifts that support Canada IAM operations team.
