The annual base salary for this position ranges from $107,700.00 in our lowest geographic market to $212,600.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.Information about benefits can be found here.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH:You’ll partner closely with Employee Listening program owners, Technology, Localization, and survey vendor. As the Senior Technical Analyst of Employee Listening, you will report to the Director, Employee Listening & Sensing.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:We are looking for a Qualtrics expert who understands the intricacies, capabilities, and limitations of the Qualtrics EX suite and can stretch the platform to meet specific business needs. You are detail-obsessed, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure. You bring structure to ambiguity and rigor to execution. You are equally comfortable building complex survey programs, managing data workflows, and solving technical challenges at scale.
This role calls for a builder who thrives in complexity and brings clarity to data, systems, and employee experiences. You are a technical expert in Qualtrics Employee Experience (EX), capable of translating business needs into scalable, high-quality survey and reporting solutions.

5+ years of experience in survey programming, analytics, or technical data operations
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Psychology, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
Expertise in Qualtrics Employee Experience (EX) platform
Proficiency in SQL; experience with data tools such as Workday, Tableau, Snowflake, or Databricks preferred
You will support the Employee Listening team as a technical survey platform expert, including a broad portfolio of programs serving the enterprise. You will be responsible for designing, programming, and deploying surveys and dashboards for a wide variety of programs including annual census, pulse surveys, lifecycle surveys, and ad-hoc listening. From survey programming to dashboarding and data workflows, you’ll deliver reliable, high-impact solutions that bring employee insights to life.
Key responsibilities include:
Program and deploy surveys across enterprise listening programs, including census, pulse, lifecycle, and ad hoc initiatives
Translate stakeholder requirements into survey architecture, dashboard logic, and data workflows that scale
Build and maintain dashboards with advanced logic, including org hierarchies, trends, benchmarks, and role-based reporting
Manage data pipelines including SQL queries, metadata, hierarchy structures, and participant datasets
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, system alignment, and program success
Lead quality assurance across surveys, dashboards, and reporting outputs to ensure accuracy and integrity
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve user experience, and evolve platform capabilities
