About This Role


Omnissa is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) with expertise in End User Computing (EUC) to join our growing team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to our customers, helping them maximize the value of their digital workspace investments.


As a TAM, you will combine deep technical expertise with strategic guidance—ensuring successful adoption, optimization, and long-term success of Omnissa solutions. You will work closely with customers to align technology with business outcomes while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do


- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers using Workspace ONE and Horizon.


- Drive customer success by aligning Omnissa solutions with business objectives and outcomes.


- Provide proactive guidance on architecture, deployment strategies, and best practices across Workspace ONE (UEM, Access, Intelligence) and Horizon (VDI, DaaS).


- Conduct regular account reviews, health checks, and roadmap discussions to ensure optimal adoption and performance.


- Deliver technical workshops, enablement sessions, and solution demonstrations tailored to customer needs.


- Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Engineering, and Product teams to resolve complex technical challenges.


- Act as the voice of the customer—advocating for feedback and influencing product innovation and enhancements.


What You’ll Bring to Omnissa


- 3+ years of experience in End User Computing technologies such as mobile device management, virtual desktops, identity management, or security.

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and modern IT environments.

Experience with Active Directory and Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems.


- Hands-on experience with Workspace ONE and Horizon is highly preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.


- Strong listening, analytical thinking, and objection-handling abilities.

Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across teams.

Fluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken).


- Relevant certifications such as Omnissa Certified Administrator for Horizon (OCA-H) or Workspace ONE (OCA-W) are a plus.


- A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for EUC technologies and customer success.


Location & Travel


Location: Remote


The typical base salary for this role is between USD $113,100 - 188,500 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
