Partner Technology team provides technical expertise and solutions that enable successful partnerships and integrations with external platforms and systems. Working closely with retailers and internal Product, Sales, Analytics, and Engineering teams to solve business challenges and help our partners get the most value from our suite of solutions. As trusted technical advisors, playing an important role in strengthening retailer relationships and helping reinvent the way people plan their weekly shopping.
What you'll get the opportunity to do:- Own and develop the technical relationship with a portfolio of enterprise retail partners, serving as a trusted advisor and helping them successfully adopt and leverage Flipp solutions.
- Build tailored technical strategies and partnership plans that address retailer challenges, uncover growth opportunities, and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Lead the onboarding and delivery of strategic projects for enterprise and mid-market retailers, ensuring commitments are met and projects are executed smoothly from planning through completion.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Analytics, and Engineering to identify and implement solutions that improve performance, increase user engagement, and deliver measurable value for our retail partners.
- Act as the voice of the retailer within Flipp translating partner needs into clear requirements and influencing value-focused product development.
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, client services, technical pre-sales, project management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Demonstrated experience managing and delivering projects involving both internal teams and external clients.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Sales, Analytics, and Engineering toward a shared goal.
- Confidence navigating client objections, explaining technical concepts, and recommending solutions to manager- and director-level stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging clients through email, phone, video conference, and in-person meetings.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as JavaScript, APIs, and JSON.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware, or similar systems is an asset.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training is an asset but is not required.
