About the Team and Role:
Join eBay's Talent Acquisition team, a dynamic group of professionals across Europe dedicated to sourcing top-tier talent to drive business performance and ensure exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences. As the EMEA Senior Tech Sourcer specializing in recruiting Software Engineers, you will play a crucial role in building a robust pipeline of candidates using innovative sourcing techniques. This role is a fixed-term contract (FTC) until the end of the year, based in the UK.
What You Will Accomplish:

Collaborate with recruiters to develop targeted lists for software engineering roles, focusing on London.

Source and present high-caliber software engineering candidates to Recruiters and Hiring Managers.

Execute strategic initiatives to build talent pipelines, including tech-focused events and referral generation.

Deliver exceptional candidate experiences by representing eBay’s brand and culture to prospective software engineering talent.

Manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring precise documentation for legal compliance.
What You Will Bring:

Proven experience in recruiting for software engineering roles.

Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other research tools, alongside social media platforms and innovative recruiting strategies to effectively market opportunities and attract top talent.

In-depth knowledge of the UK software engineering landscape, including tech stacks and industry trends.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple communication streams.

Strategic mindset with the ability to prepare and present Talent Mapping effectively.
