What you'll do:
- Own the technology project portfolio: scope, plan, and deliver cross-functional initiatives on time and within budget.
- Run multiple high-impact Technology projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external technology partners.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery: requirements, planning, resource alignment, execution, and post-launch review.
- Drive project discovery and translate business objectives into actionable technical plans.
- Maintain a clear delivery framework using agile or hybrid models depending on project needs.
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, escalating and resolving blockers fast.
- Build and maintain project documentation (charters, schedules, RAID logs, status reports).
- Track KPIs and continuously optimize delivery processes based on data and feedback.
- Ensure cross-team alignment across engineering, product, operations, and external vendors.
- Represent the project function in company-wide planning and prioritization cycles.

- Delivery expertise - Proven track record managing multi-team technology projects end-to-end.
- Methodology - Strong command of agile, waterfall, and hybrid project delivery.

- Prioritization - Evidence of balancing scope, time, cost, and business value.
- Stakeholder management - Comfortable operating across senior leadership, engineers, and vendors.
- Documentation - Skilled at writing project plans, schedules, and status updates.
- Problem-solving - Able to operate in ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete data.
- Tools - Experience with project tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Language - Professional business English.
- Good to have: Experience working on ERP, data platforms, or large-scale system integrations.
