Responsible for delivering complex technology projects that align with enterprise IT strategy and compliance requirements. Leads cross-functional technical teams and manages vendor relationships to ensure successful execution. Responsibilities- Lead complex technical projects that deliver enterprise-scale solutions and support strategic technology initiatives
- Develop and execute project roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans aligned with technical and business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with architecture, engineering, and delivery expectations
- Apply technical project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, SAFe, SDLC) and governance practices to ensure consistent execution
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, issues, and interdependencies across workstreams
- Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure technical feasibility and solution integrity
- Provide project updates and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security policies, and governance standards
- Act as a point of escalation for technical delivery challenges and facilitate resolution
- Mentor technical project managers and junior team members to build delivery capability and technical proficiency
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with enabling functions to support business readiness and operational alignment

- 5+ years of relevant project management experience, managing technical cross-functional business projects.
- 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional technical projects
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, SAFe, SDLC, ITIL) and their application in enterprise IT environments
