Designation: Senior Team Lead

Reports to: Director – Data and Strategy

Location: BKC, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

  • Following are the key responsibilities-

  • Project Management:

  • Oversee key projects, monitor progress, assists in reviewing and accurately analyzing business operations on regular basis.
  • Builds cross-functional synergies with all directs and functional heads to collaboratively complete projects successfully and timely.

  • Strategic Advisor:

  • Collaborate with Managing Director/Executive Company to develop and execute strategic initiatives, including long term planning and goal setting.
  • Provide strategic input and guidance on key decisions and initiatives.

  • Communication/Collaboration:

  • Builds cross-functional synergies with all directs and functional heads to collaboratively complete projects successfully and timely.
  • Act as a liaison between MD and other business units.

  • Office Operations:

  • Trusted advisor and assists MD in setting-up review meetings, record minutes, follows-up and tracks pending actions from attendees.
  • Drafts strategic reports and prepares presentations for top management review, board materials, townhall, etc.
  • Prepares and maintains critical dashboards for management review by effectively collecting data from all stakeholders and publishing the same periodically.

  • Stakeholder management:

  • Partners effectively with the internal stakeholders like finance, legal, marketing etc. team to accurately report progress.
  • Represent MD and the company in various interactions.

  • Research and Analysis:

  • Provide data driven insights and recommendations.
  • Track competition and gain competitive insights.
  • Provides strategic inputs and analytical support by constantly monitoring key benchmarks, through periodic dashboards and weekly calls with the leadership team.

  • Problem Solving:

  • Plans and executes action items proactively and independently to ensure desired outcome.
  • Ensure decisions are effectively and efficiently implemented across organization.

  • Confidentiality:

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide on the ground insights around business, operations, technology, etc.

Key Requirements

  • Postgraduate in Management
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in Product/Business Development/Business Analyst/Strategy would be preferred
  • Proven experience in a similar role would be added advantage
  • Strong project management skills
  • All days’ work from office
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
