- At least 10 years of progressive experience in taxation, with substantial experience in a managerial or senior managerial role.
- Deep knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing tax strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tax software, financial systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
