YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Tax Specialist on our team, you’ll:

• Establishing efficient and effective procedures for organizing fiscal activity;
• Verification of the monthly purchases / sales journals and the monthly VAT statement;
• Preparation of data for quarterly profit tax calculation;
• Preparation, analysis and filing of monthly, quarterly and annually tax reports in line with country requirements;
• Preparation of tax report for Management on monthly, quarterly and annual basis, including tax provision models;
• Preparation of data needed for Transfer Pricing report;
• Request compensation application and Certificate for Fiscal Residency;
• Preparing the necessary documentation for the declaration and payment of various taxes (local, etc.) correctly and on time;
• Involvement in digitalization process of fiscal deliverables;
• Monitors relevant tax legislative changes and provides support in various tax analyses related to the company's projects (in areas such as VAT, corporate tax, local taxes, income taxes, withholding taxes, etc.)
• Preparation of internal notes, written documentation and correspondence that will be sent to the fiscal authorities;
• Responsible for monitoring and coordination of fiscal controls in relation to the state authorities.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position;
• Higher studies in the financial-accounting field;
• Solid knowledge of financial accounting and taxation;
• A professional background in the automotive industry/ multinational company is an advantage;
• SAP Knowledge is an asset;
• MS Office Software (in particular Excel);
• Fluent English, verbally and in writing;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Problem solving abilities;
• Enthusiastic, creative and ready for teamwork.
