We are looking for a Senior Tax Technology Analyst to join our team in London or Barcelona.
You will play a key role in developing and optimizing advanced tax technology solutions like Vertex and OneSource, integrated with Oracle NetSuite and Oracle EBS. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Finance Technology, you’ll lead impactful projects and drive tax strategy innovations across our global operations.
About You – Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years in implementing and supporting tax technology solutions (e.g., ONESOURCE or Vertex) with ERPs like Oracle NetSuite or Oracle EBS.

Experience in solution design for indirect tax calculations, withholding taxes, and VAT reporting.

Ability to design architecture, map business capabilities, and deliver future-ready solutions.

Analytical skills to transform business needs into functional requirements.

Clear communication skills for documentation and executive presentations.
It Would Be Great If You Also Had:

Solid understanding of O2C (Order to Cash) and P2P (Procure to Pay) business processes in NetSuite and Oracle EBS.

Integration of tax solutions with external systems (API), proficiency in SQL, XML, and JSON.

Master’s degree in a relevant field or related professional certification.

High Tech or SaaS experience, managing large-scale projects.
What Will You Be Doing in This Role?

Configure, test, and support integration of Vertex and OneSource with Oracle NetSuite and Oracle EBS.

Lead indirect tax compliance solutions and integration projects.

Document business requirements and recommend process/system enhancements.

Support M&A activities and migration efforts.

Establish best practices to ensure data quality and report accuracy.
Product You Will Be Developing
You will be at the cutting edge of tax technology innovation, integrating advanced platforms like Vertex and OneSource with our ERP systems, Oracle NetSuite and Oracle EBS. Your role will focus on configuring, optimizing, and enhancing these solutions to drive compliance and streamline operational efficiency across our global operations.
About the Team
You will collaborate with tax, finance (AP, AR), and technical teams, reporting to the Senior Manager of Finance Technology. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative environment.
Hours of Work
This full-time, permanent role operates during core hours in London and Barcelona time zones, on a hybrid model, with flexibility for global collaboration.
