Job DescriptionHow You'll Create Impact
As a Senior Tax Manager, you'll serve as a key leader within the practice, helping clients achieve their goals, developing the next generation of tax professionals, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the firm.
In this role, you'll:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners, executives, and organizational leaders
- Lead complex tax planning, consulting, and compliance engagements
- Review and sign tax returns for accuracy, completeness, and quality
- Develop strategies that help clients optimize outcomes and minimize risk
- Build, strengthen, and expand long-term client relationships
- Lead, mentor, and develop Tax Managers, Seniors, and Staff
- Contribute to business development, proposal efforts, and practice growth
- Identify opportunities to connect clients with additional CSH services
- Help shape the future of the tax practice through leadership, innovation, and talent development
What Successful Senior Tax Managers Bring
This opportunity is ideal for accomplished tax professionals who enjoy combining technical expertise, relationship management, practice development, and people leadership.
- CPA, EA, or JD required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
- 8+ years of tax experience, preferably within public accounting
- Experience leading complex client engagements and advising business leaders
- Strong tax planning, research, consulting, and compliance expertise
- Proven ability to develop and maintain trusted client relationships
- Demonstrated success mentoring, coaching, and leading professionals
- Strong communication, business development, and leadership skills

Skills Required
