Lead and manage complex tax engagements from planning through delivery, review returns and research, develop proactive tax strategies, advise and build client relationships, mentor tax professionals, manage budgets and timelines, and identify opportunities to add client value.

Support commercial lending by underwriting loan requests, analyzing financial statements, preparing credit memos, monitoring client credit risk, ensuring documentation and regulatory compliance, maintaining loan systems, and providing administrative and analytical support to the lending team.

Support financial and administrative operations: produce financial reports, reconcile accounts, manage AP/AR, assist audits and tax filings, track grants and event finances, maintain records, oversee office supplies/equipment, administer MyClubHub attendance, and support membership, fundraising, and vendor relationships.

Lead financial reporting and analysis, support development/grant accounting, assist payroll, prepare and review journal entries and month-end close, ensure GAAS and internal controls, collaborate with leadership and accounting team, and perform hands-on accounting tasks to support affordable housing and community development.

Manage HR operations including payroll administration, HRIS and personnel records, compliance reporting (EEO-1, Vets-100, NIB, AAP), compensation and job rating, recruitment and onboarding, training development, benefits/open enrollment support, and employee relations guidance to promote an inclusive workplace.

Lead day-to-day accounting and finance operations including AP, AR, collections, general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting. Supervise accounting staff, partner with the CFO and leadership, ensure GAAP compliance, improve processes, and quickly deliver results in a 120-day contract engagement.

Lead planning and execution of ACCME-accredited and non-accredited CME programs, conferences, webinars, and specialty meetings. Manage full event lifecycle, budgets, vendor contracts, accreditation compliance and reporting, sponsor/exhibitor relationships, program evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive physician education and member engagement.

Serve as a technical sales engineer for commercial and industrial HVAC, building relationships with consulting engineers, supporting equipment selection, specification selling, technical presentations, and managing assigned engineering accounts across the Cincinnati and Dayton markets.
