Serve as a technical sales engineer for commercial and industrial HVAC, building relationships with consulting engineers, supporting equipment selection, specification selling, technical presentations, and managing assigned engineering accounts across the Cincinnati and Dayton markets.

Lead post-processing operations including trimming, finishing, QC, inventory, packaging, and shipping. Hire and develop technicians, create SOPs, track KPIs, partner with engineering and production to optimize flow and ensure safety and quality.

Lead and manage complex tax engagements from planning through delivery, review returns and research, develop proactive tax strategies, advise and build client relationships, mentor tax professionals, manage budgets and timelines, and identify opportunities to add client value.

Support commercial lending by underwriting loan requests, analyzing financial statements, preparing credit memos, monitoring client credit risk, ensuring documentation and regulatory compliance, maintaining loan systems, and providing administrative and analytical support to the lending team.

Conduct financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for nonprofit and employee benefit plan clients; perform Single Audit testing; evaluate internal controls; prepare audit workpapers; communicate with clients and engagement teams; develop specialized nonprofit and employee benefit plan audit expertise.
