- Prepare and review transfer pricing studies, documentation, local files, master files, and related technical deliverables.
- Review benchmarking and economic analyses, including comparable data sets and arm’s-length ranges.
- Analyze intercompany transactions involving areas such as royalties, services, management fees, and transfers between related entities.
- Apply strong knowledge of U.S. transfer pricing regulations while incorporating relevant OECD transfer pricing guidelines.
- Lead client calls, explain technical concepts clearly, identify missing information, and manage financial and operational information requests.
- Respond to technical client questions and help clients navigate complex transfer pricing considerations.
- Direct project teams, assign work, review deliverables, and provide technical guidance and meaningful feedback to senior associates.
- Perform higher-level and final-quality reviews to ensure deliverables are accurate, technically sound, timely, and ready for client delivery.
- Manage multiple engagements, priorities, deadlines, budgets, workflow, billing, and overall project execution.
- Collaborate with partners and practice leaders on engagement strategy, technical decisions, client opportunities, and the continued growth of the transfer pricing function.
