Título: Senior Tax Compliance Specialist | Especialista Senior en Cumplimiento Fiscal
Ubicación: Madrid - España (Híbrido, Lunes a Viernes)
Idiomas: Español e inglés fluidos
Objetivo:
Como Senior Tax Manager, formarás parte de un equipo fiscal local y colaborativo, reportando al Business Unit Manager. Serás responsable del cumplimiento fiscal de la cartera asignada, supervisando juniors y enfocándote en un sector de clientes específico.
Funciones y Responsabilidades:
Cumplimiento Fiscal
  • Revisar, inspeccionar y analizar diversas declaraciones fiscales.
  • Revisar declaraciones fiscales preparadas interna o externamente.
  • Presentar declaraciones fiscales internas o externas.
  • Revisar y controlar obligaciones de la cartera y otros controles necesarios.
  • Preparar o revisar informes sobre el estado de cumplimiento fiscal de los clientes.
  • Brindar soporte técnico a los departamentos de Contabilidad y Legal ante consultas fiscales.
  • Revisar información de facturación.
  • Asistir a reuniones o llamadas con clientes y asesores fiscales.

Supervisión
  • Gestionar la carga de trabajo del equipo, monitorear la calidad y cantidad de su desempeño.
  • Controlar y supervisar las obligaciones fiscales de la cartera.
  • Capacitar e integrar a nuevos miembros del equipo.
  • Proporcionar retroalimentación sobre el desempeño del equipo al BUM del departamento fiscal.

Competencias Técnicas
  • Comprender principios empresariales y fiscales, así como contabilidad básica.
  • Entender cálculos fiscales (retenciones, IVA, IS) y reportes de asesores fiscales.
  • Comprender procedimientos STA y regulaciones de diferentes autoridades fiscales.
  • Capacidad para interpretar políticas y regulaciones internas y externas.

Gestión de Riesgos y Cumplimiento
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas y externas.
  • Comprender las implicaciones financieras antes de la ejecución de decisiones.
  • Identificar y resolver problemas complejos de contabilidad/fiscalidad.
  • Conocer plazos fiscales, recargos y sanciones aplicables.
  • Gestionar y controlar plazos y notificaciones fiscales de la cartera asignada.
  • Mantener actualizado el estado del censo de la cartera.
  • Proveer supervisión limitada del riesgo fiscal de los clientes.
  • Comprender componentes e interdependencias de estados financieros y cálculos fiscales.

Perspicacia Empresarial
  • Comprender implicaciones financieras antes de ejecutar decisiones.
  • Conocimiento de IFRS o US GAAP según la región.
  • Resolver problemas complejos asociados a transacciones inusuales.
  • Investigar nuevas regulaciones y aplicar cambios para asegurar cumplimiento.
  • Revisar cálculos de impuestos y comunicar hallazgos a auditores.

Comunicación
  • Escucha activa con todas las partes interesadas.
  • Explicación clara y concisa de conceptos fiscales y financieros.
  • Uso de comunicación verbal y no verbal para demostrar comprensión y compromiso.
  • Capacidad para redactar informes financieros claros y comprensibles.

Requisitos:
  • 5-7 años de experiencia en posición similar.
  • Licenciatura o maestría en Derecho Fiscal.
  • Inglés avanzado (C1) para interacción con clientes.
