We are seeking a talented individual for Senior Talent & Transformation Consultant position at Marsh. This role will be based in Manila.

Marsh Workforce & Rewards business helps clients navigate the Future of Work. We bring Reward and Talent expertise together to improve the way work works – from organization design, to strategic workforce planning, to identifying future work, skills needed, skill-gaps, action plans for transformation, to performance and total rewards.

Senior Talent & Transformation Consultant. This role is expected to strongly contribute to the generation of a sizable book of business in these key areas: assessments, leadership development, learning & development, skills frameworks, organizational and workforce transformation, AI strategy and implementation, M&A, culture and change management, people experience and broad talent management strategies.

We will count on you to:

  • Partner with sales, commercial and Marsh colleagues to produce annual revenue targets

  • Lead business development efforts including the generation of leads and engagement with prospects, build a strong and sustainable business development pipeline

  • Lead proposal shaping, solution design fit to client needs and nurture upselling/ cross-selling client opportunities

  • Lead, direct and guide consulting engagements by providing appropriate guidance to project teams to deliver client value

  • Manage projects end-to-end from deconstructing the problem statement to shaping the project delivery approach, methodology and solutioning

  • Manage projects to time, quality, budget while building team skills

  • Independently facilitate client meetings/communications and act as a trusted advisor to clients

  • Anticipate potential risks and roadblocks, propose solutions and engaging relevant stakeholders for escalation as required

  • Lead the development and review of client ready reports/analysis, with minimal guidance

  • Coach, guide and mentor junior team members, including playing a people management role for junior colleagues

  • Collaborate and build strong positive relationships with regional colleagues and project delivery resources

  • Contribute to design and facilitation of key Marsh HR Academy workshops

  • Elevate Marsh People – Workforce and Rewards brand in the market by regularly sharing key trends and POVs, conducting local pulse surveys, and networking in conferences, events and industry associations.

What you need to have:

  • More than 15 years of prior HR consulting across various HR domains such as workforce transformation, talent management, assessments, organizational development, skills and capabilities, employee experience and culture

  • Thrive in problem-solving, shaping solutions, understanding and solving for client needs

  • Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders across all levels and interact with multiple teams

  • Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills

  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
