What You'll be Doing:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across GTM and G&A roles depending on business needs.
- Build and manage strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, competitive intelligence, and relationship building.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to run efficient, consistent, and high-quality hiring processes.
- Collaborate with leaders to understand business goals, headcount priorities, and capability gaps.
- Provide data-driven recommendations related to workforce planning, succession, and talent market realities.
- Influence hiring managers to adopt best practices in interviewing, candidate evaluation, and decision-making.
- Improve recruitment processes to support Patsnap’s global growth, ensuring fairness, consistency, and high quality of hire.
- Lead initiatives around competency design, interview training, and selection frameworks.
- Bring end-to-end awareness of the talent value chain, from attraction and employer brand to onboarding and long-term retention.
- Partner with Marketing and People teams to amplify Patsnap’s employer brand.
- Help create talent-focused content that showcase our innovation culture, global teams, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct internal and external talent mapping for key functional areas and strategic roles.
- Provide hiring teams with insights into market availability, competitive movements, salary trends, and talent risks.
- Maintain strong understanding of global talent pools relevant to Patsnap’s product and customer landscape.
About You:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in tech, SaaS or data/AI-driven companies.
- Power user of recruitment technologies such as Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong independent sourcing capability, especially for senior or niche roles.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a true partner, influencing leaders and shaping hiring decisions with confidence.
- Experience running complex searches, multi-region talent strategies, and cross-functional hiring.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect talent priorities to broader business outcomes.
- Strong project management skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A passion for delivering a high-quality experience to both candidates and hiring teams.
