Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - 6 month fixed term contract
Overview:
Skillsoft is seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and help us find the right people for the right roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment and/or human resources, along with deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. We’re seeking someone who’s passionate about learning, discovering untapped talent and driving company growth.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for stakeholder management, sourcing and screening candidates, and providing a positive leader and candidate experience. You will have the opportunity to collaborate across teams and business units and make a positive impact on the company’s goals.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for partnering effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders to drive a world class approach to recruiting top talent in a competitive market
- Manage time and calendar to ensure hiring leaders and candidates are communicated in a clear concise manner
- Stay informed of industry trends to help resolve specific market challenges
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of job specifications and requirements
- Implement sourcing strategies that deliver a qualified candidate pool in a timely fashion
- Provide a positive candidate experience and represent Skillsoft with the utmost integrity
- Maintain all administrative processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner including applicant tracking requirements
- Ensure compliance guidelines are followed and documented
Here’s What We Are Searching For:
Skills Required:
- Proficient in Greenhouse ATS and MS Office Suite
- Advanced knowledge of database management, sourcing strategies, and calendar management
- Robust organizational and follow-up skills, with a strong attention to detail
Qualification Requirements
- 7+ years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience with a Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills and the ability to support all levels of leadership with the ability to work in a highly matrixed agile environment
- Proven success in conducting discovery calls, sourcing, and screening candidates
- Highly motivated and self-directed with the ability to be accountable for results
- Ability to take direction and feedback in a small team environment and operate with a strong sense of urgency
- Location: Ireland – Remote
Desirable Requirements
- Hands-on Workday experience
- Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter for niche sourcing
- Sales recruiting experience
