Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Manager to lead and implement strategies that attract, develop and retain top talent within our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing talent attraction, development, and retention programs for Kraft Heinz Global Functions based in the Amsterdam Head Quarter (Procurement, Sustainability, Operations). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of strategies to enhance career growth and employee engagement and a demonstrable track record in talent and program management.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement innovative strategies and programs to attract top talent to the global functions. Design and implement talent development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of existing employees. Develop and implement retention strategies and career development programs to ensure the long-term commitment and satisfaction of employees
  • Identify training needs, create learning plans in partnership with the HR Business Partners, and coordinate training sessions and workshops
  • Ensuring Global and Zones alignment with organizational objectives and functional strategies as well as cascading central programs to the global functions
  • Lead DEI initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace, ensure that talent management practices are equitable and free from bias
  • Utilize HR Analytics to track key talent metrics, prepare regular reports on programs effectiveness based on data and measurable metrics
  • Monitor program budgets, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful implementation
  • Regularly assess program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement


Qualifications:
Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus


Experience:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in talent management, HR or a related field


Skills:

  • Strong project and program management skills, ability to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously across multiple geographies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement talent management strategies
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
