What You’ll Do

You’ll own a variety of people & talent management programs that enable the effectiveness of the individual, team, and organization. You will act as a utility player across the talent management portfolio, supporting the iteration of existing programs and owning the development of new programs ranging from performance management, succession planning, and engagement survey analysis & design. Our work is fundamental to the creation and sustainment of high performing individuals, teams, and the broader Brex organization. 

Where you’ll work

This role will be based in our San Francisco office. You must be willing to work in office at least 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end program management (research, design, validation, execution, iteration) to improve upon existing talent management initiatives, ranging from manager enablement to performance management
  • Own and drive the end-to-end program development & management for net-new, org-wide initiatives, such as succession planning
  • Operate as a “utility player” across Brex’s entire talent management portfolio, including owning and supporting projects in performance management, talent planning, succession planning, employee engagement, learning & development, and analysis and iteration of the above
  • Support the change management of the above

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of tactical experience in program management, specifically researching, designing, deploying, and iterating both existing and net-new programs
  • Cross-functional experience working with senior leadership and diverse personas across the organization to support the efficacy of said programs
  • Ability to independently obtain and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to hypothesize program features and validate program efficacy
  • Experience in building high impact, org-wide talent programs to empower, equip, and enable individuals, teams, and organizations to make a winning company

Bonus points

  • Professional and/or academic experience in organizational psychology and/or organization development
  • You have have built successful succession and/or “top talent” programs
  • You thrive on novelty, autonomy, and challenge. You “play to win”

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $144,640 - $180,800 USD.  However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
