Role: Senior Talent Acquisition Associate
Location: Hyderabad (RAM SVR Building, Hitech City)
Hyderabad(Onsite)
Exp: 5+ Years


Overview:

As the Sr Talent Acquisition (Domestic), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our talent acquisition and management strategies. You will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to drive organizational growth and success. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of talent management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
    
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans.
  • Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across  various levels and functions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on effective hiring strategies.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Employer Branding and Talent Branding:
  • Build and promote the employer brand to attract top talent and position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the company's talent branding efforts through various channels, including social media, employer review sites, and industry events.
  • Work closely with marketing and communications teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding efforts.
  • Talent Development and Retention:
  • Design and implement talent development programs to foster a culture of continuous learning and career growth.
  • Identify high-potential employees and create personalized development plans to nurture their skills and capabilities.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, such as career development opportunities, mentorship programs, and recognition initiatives.

Performance Management:

  • Establish and maintain performance management processes to assess employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and support career progression.
  • Ensure alignment of individual goals with organizational objectives and provide coaching and support to managers and employees to achieve them.
  • Implement systems and tools to track and analyze performance metrics and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Leadership and Team Development:
  • Build and lead a high-performing talent acquisition and talent management team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional growth.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the talent team and across the organization.
  • Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive and equitable work environment.


Requirements
  • Are local to Hyderabad, India and comfortable working from our Hyderabad office location during the 11am to 8:30 PM shift.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience of 5+ Years in the Staffing/Consulting industry overseeing talent acquisition and talent management functions
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, talent development strategies, and performance management processes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable talent strategies.

Skills Required
