Job Title: Senior – Talent Acquisition / Senior Recruiter

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
Work Location: Royapettah, Chennai
Role Overview:
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, equally supporting Acurus Solutions (India) and Akido (US) based hiring initiatives. This role will act as a strategic partner in building a strong talent pipeline, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and achieving the organization’s hiring objectives across both geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- AcurusSolutions (India Recruitment) (Shift Time: 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm)
- Talent Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements for various functions.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate persona, and timelines.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams and ensure timely feedback.
- Candidate Management
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage offers, negotiations, and pre-boarding processes.
- Recruitment Reporting
- Maintain and update Greenhouse (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
- Highlight bottlenecks or delays in hiring to the recruitment manager.
- Employer Branding
- Support employer branding activities, including job fairs, online campaigns, and employee referral programs.
- AKIDOUS Recruitment (Shift Time: 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm)
- US Recruitment
- Source candidates for US-based roles, Making more calls to find the Right talent using indeed, LinkedIn, and other platform.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinating With US Team
- Communicate with US-team on the Requirement and interview coordination
- Time-Zone Alignment
- Work in alignment with EST/PST time zones for real-time coordination with US stakeholders.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure candidates meet compliance standards (e.g., E-Verify, work authorization).
- Maintain documentation as per US staffing norms.
- Offer & Onboarding Support
- Negotiate pay rates, manage onboarding documentation, and track joining confirmations.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Prior experience in US hiring is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work in shifts aligned with US and India operations (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST).
