What will you be doing?

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process. You’ll be part of designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy. You’ll develop channels and sourcing strategies to engage talents and act as a partner in all hiring decision making.

You will:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and manage end to end hiring processes.
  • Develop proactive candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Own an amazing candidate experience.
  • Manage effective recruiting processes using our ATS - Comeet .
  • Provide advice and consultation to managers and employees on all phases of the recruitment.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience as a recruiter/talent acquisition in a high tech companies.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently but collaboratively.
  • Experience with Employer branding & leading projects- an advantage.
