About the Role

Direct, oversee and coordinate all Talent Acquisition activities across all countries to ensure that delivery and timelines are met within budget, with quality, whilst ensuring cost efficiencies and customer excellence. Support Talent Acquisition strategy and implement initiatives to establish and maintain Unilabs as the partner of choice for patients, relevant players in the HC System, etc.

End-to-End Recruitment:

- Full‑cycle recruitment for global roles across multiple countries and functions.

- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, market conditions and interview process.

- Manage shortlisting, interviews, and ongoing communication throughout the hiring process.

- Lead offer processes, including feedback alignment, preparation, and offer communication.

- Coordinate onboarding with HR teams

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development:

- Develop sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.

- Develop relationships with high-potential and passive candidates to support future strategic hiring needs.

- Build targeted market research.

Strategic Talent Partnership:

- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on hiring strategy, talent availability, and workforce planning.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.

- Act as a bridge between markets and HQ teams for Talent Acquisition topics.

Process, Systems & Continuous Improvement:

- Monitor recruitment performance metrics.

- Help develop, document, and improve recruitment processes, ensure consistency across the group.

- Advocate for the ATS usage, providing support and training to Hiring Managers and HR leaders.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

- Promote a high-quality and positive candidate experience.

- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.


Requirements
  • Experience in international recruitment.
  • Strong global sourcing and headhunting capability.
  • Strong stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Exposure to multicultural and matrix environment.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage.
