Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Lead the full cycle recruitment process including leading launch sessions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

• Identify, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies for filling roles while advising and influencing hiring partners on talent availability and position attractiveness in the market.

• Identify and build proactive relationships to develop talent pipelines for critical roles.

• Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process and maintain compliance with applicable employment laws.

• Promote the nVent brand to build and maintain the reputation as a destination of choice for top technical talent.

• Support Recruiting and Human Resources driven priorities, as assigned.

YOU HAVE:

• Academic background in business, human resources, or related field preferred.

• Ideally 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably working in the manufacturing or industrial space.

• Ability to complete TA coordination tasks as needed.

• Verbal and written proficiency in English is required.

• Ability to influence a variety of stakeholders while driving business results.

• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to prioritize effectively within a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.

• Ability to work 100% remotely if needed or 100% onsite from our Monterrey, MX (we are open for either option).
