Job Description:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will report to the Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning. You will manage the entire recruitment life cycle with heavy emphasis on candidate and hiring partner experience. You’ll own everything including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and delivering offer to candidates. We are looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment and creating diverse, collaborative teams at Kaleris. You will be an integral part of the Human Resources team, working across regions to help build world-class, diverse, and high-performing teams.
ResponsibilitiesOwn full cycle recruiting for global technical and non-technical positions with a focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, aligning recruiting strategies with workforce planning goals
Lead strategic sourcing efforts across various channels including direct sourcing, talent communities, and referral networks
Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, success profiles, and team dynamics
Guide and mentor junior recruiters or recruiting coordinators as needed
Leverage recruitment data to assess pipeline health, process bottlenecks, and hiring trends
Deliver a seamless and engaging experience to candidates and hiring teams throughout the interview lifecycle
Partner with global HRBPs and TA peers to ensure alignment with global hiring strategies and compliance across regions
Drive employer brand initiatives and serve as a Kaleris ambassador in all candidate and community interactions

- 7+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting with at least 3+ years supporting technical functions (e.g., software engineering, product, IT) is required
- Proven experience recruiting across global geographies (e.g., North America, EMEA, · APAC, LATAM)
- Expertise using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS (preferably Workday), and CRM systems
Demonstrated ability to influence and build trust with executive stakeholders and hiring teams
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of professionalism
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Data-driven mindset and ability to present recruiting metrics to business partners
