Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on attracting top-tier talent that aligns with our company culture and strategic goals. Your expertise in talent acquisition will significantly contribute to our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment strategy and execution across all departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to effectively understand and define their staffing needs.
- Source, attract, and evaluate high-quality candidates utilizing various recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates who align with FlapKap's values and culture.
- Facilitate the offer negotiation and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize recruitment strategies and improve processes.
- Continuously enhance employer branding initiatives to attract talent to FlapKap.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruiting and a strong understanding of various sourcing techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on key recruiting metrics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
