シニア・タレントアクイジション・スペシャリストは、日本におけるタレントアクイジション関連の活動をTA Mnagerと共に随時サポート・リードする役割を担います。
このポジションは、採用活動の実行、データベース管理、MIS、人事オペレーション、システム、コンプライアンス対応、サポート業務を日々管理します。
Responsibilities:- タレントアクイジション機能における担当ポジションに対する、採用からオンボーディングまでの一連のプロセスを管理。
- 求人ポータル、人材紹介会社、ダイレクトソーシング、リファラル制度など、さまざまなチャネルからのソーシングおよびスクリーニングを担当。
- TA内の業務プロセスにおける、AIやテクノロジーを使った自動化を積極的に行う。
- 担当業務において失敗を重ねながらも様々な手法にチャレンジし、既存のやり方に囚われずに、新しい方法を挑戦できる方。
- 履歴書の事前審査、面接の実施、ラインマネージャーとの面接スケジュール調整を担当。
- Workdayを通じて、明確なコミュニケーションとタイムリーな更新により、候補者体験を効果的に管理。
- コスト効率の高い採用手法を用いて、優秀な人材を惹きつけ、TD SYNNEXを「選ばれる雇用主」とするための革新を継続。
- Workdayを活用した採用プロセス全体の実行を担当。
- HR変革を支援する戦略的取り組みの一環として、HRプロジェクトの実行を支援。
- 必要に応じて、その他の特別プロジェクトの運営をサポート。
自社の採用経験、もしくはエージェントでの業務経験3年以上程度
日常的なダイレクトソーシングの経験且つコンスタントに採用の経験1年以上程度(年間10件以上が望ましい)
