Key responsibilities ✨
- You will manage the complete recruitment cycle for all DACH and BENELUX roles, with a special focus on sales and go-to-market positions.
- Working in close partnership with hiring managers, you will define and implement effective end-to-end recruitment strategies to meet their specific needs.
- As our internal headhunter, you will proactively identify, engage, and build a strong talent pipeline through strategic networking, community partnerships, impactful employer branding, and innovative sourcing methods.
- Contributing to a global team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our talent acquisition processes, spearheading recruitment projects for key hires, and supporting hiring efforts across multiple geographies.
- You will also empower hiring managers with coaching and guidance on best practice interviewing and selection techniques, while consistently tracking and reporting on recruitment performance, hiring success, and candidate satisfaction using relevant metrics.
About you 🧑🚀
- You have a university degree or comparable education with 2+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition / recruiting for sales and go-to-market roles, be it as an HR consultant or in-house recruiter (ideally with some experience in international hiring).
- Your expertise in the German employment market and established local network enable effective sourcing.
- A fluent communicator in both German and English, you excel at engaging and convincing diverse stakeholders and building lasting relationships.
- As a self-starter with a strategic yet hands-on approach, you proactively identify and engage top talent.
- Passionate about exceptional candidate experiences and diverse team building, you leverage recruitment analytics to drive continuous improvement in all hiring aspects. process.
