CitySwift is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a hybrid basis in Ireland.

- Sourcing: Expertly identify and engage top talent through innovative sourcing strategies and a robust network.
- Interviewing: Conduct thorough and engaging interviews that assess both skills and cultural fit, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Market Intelligence: Leverage market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Reporting: Deliver insightful recruitment reports that track progress, metrics, and trends to enhance decision-making.
- Pipelining: Build and maintain a pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Negotiating: Negotiate competitive offers and agreements that attract high-calibre candidates while meeting organisational goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing CitySwift's company culture and values to attract top talent and enhance employer branding.
Key Skills/Experience:
- At least 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Experience in internal and external talent acquisition.
- Proficient in sourcing and headhunting, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong interviewing skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse range of tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proactive mindset with a strong initiative.
- Fluency in English.
