- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Analyzing recruitment metrics and providing reports to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
- Professional certification in talent acquisition or HR is a plus.
