Job Responsibilities :We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support the organization’s strategic hiring needs. This role plays a key role in ensuring the acquisition of top talent while maintaining seamless recruitment operations.Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned functions and critical roles, from requisition to offer.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and proactive talent sourcing strategies.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection processes efficiently.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
