The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will plan, coordinate and execute staff recruiting activities to increase applicant flow, reduce time to hire cycles, and help to ensure adequate, qualified staff throughout agency in support of Horizon’s programs and strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and minimum 2 years full cycle recruiting experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience to include conducting a variety of online and offline staff recruiting and outreach activities and creating effective recruitment plans and materials.
  • Strong planning, project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent time and resource management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong internal and external customer relations skills.
  • Creative, innovative thinker and idea generator.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Goal-oriented, positive attitude.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite.
  • Ability to perform duties with cultural competency and with respect for diversity. Able to interact effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Possess valid Arizona driver’s license, with safe driving record.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card and pass a background check.
  • Able to travel to outlying Arizona sites and work some evenings and/or weekends as needed.

  • Long periods of sitting; working with keyboard and computer screens.
  • Ability to bend, lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Able to operate phone, fax, copier, computer.
  • Able to operate Agency vehicle.

Qualifications Preferred

  • Staff recruiting experience in an integrated healthcare environment.
