Position Summary
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing through offer acceptance. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and attract high-quality candidates in a competitive market.
The successful candidate combines strong sourcing capability, candidate assessment skills, and talent market knowledge to manage multiple requisitions, build talent pipelines, and deliver timely hiring results. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented recruiter who can independently drive hiring activities while providing an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities and Recruitment Delivery
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates through a variety of channels.
- Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage offer development, negotiations, and candidate closing activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Provide guidance on talent availability, labor market trends, and competitive hiring practices.
- Facilitate interview and selection processes to support quality and timely hiring decisions.
- Build effective relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders.
Talent Sourcing & Market Intelligence
- Utilize direct sourcing, networking, referrals, social media, and recruiting tools to identify top talent.
- Conduct talent mapping and market research to support recruiting strategies.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent market conditions, and competitor hiring activities.
Process Excellence
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and activity tracking within Workday and other recruiting systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency.
- Support employer branding, recruiting events, employee referral programs, and talent attraction initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or professional talent.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting semiconductor, technology, or multinational organizations.
- Knowledge of Taiwan talent market trends and recruiting landscape.
- Experience using Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Experience with direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
