We are looking for a driven and capable Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support us with the development of sourcing and finding top talent to achieve organizational goals. 

You will play an integral role in mentoring staff, forming long-term relationships with candidates, and pursuing new work, including strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating offers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, and professional networks.
  • Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitate pre-interview assessments.
  • Plan interviews and selection procedures, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates with a long-term strategy in mind.
  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
  • Manage the hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, candidate selection criteria, and to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.
  • Document processes and foster good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in a talent acquisition/recruitment role.
  • Fluent English.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates.
  • Proficient with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
  • Proficient in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with an applicant tracking system.
  • Any professional credentials, such as HR Certification Institute or relevant.
  • Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics.

Position Details:

  • Primary Location (Office-based): Heliopolis, Cairo, EG 
  • Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Position Classification: Salary-based full-time hours
  • Working Hours: 3 PM - 12:00 AM (Cairo Local Time)
