The Senior Talent Partner will lead the end‑to‑end executive hiring across Europe, partnering closely the enterprise executive TA team and senior stakeholders.
This role combines hands‑on search delivery with proactive market mapping, providing talent intelligence that informs both hiring and broader workforce and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Search Delivery (End‑to‑End)
Lead the full lifecycle for executive hiring, from role intake and search strategy through to offer and close ensuring that candidate and client experience are at the forefront.
Partner with senior leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, and selection criteria
Design and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage diverse executive talent
Build and manage relationships with executive search and research partners
Lead search firm engagement, including briefing, calibration, and ongoing performance management
Proactive Market Mapping & Talent Intelligence
Lead market mapping for priority and succession‑critical roles to build forward‑looking talent insights
Develop and maintain pipelines of executive talent through research, networking, and targeted engagement
Strategic Talent Advisory
Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies aligned with organisational priorities
Support continuous improvement of executive recruitment practices, ensuring they are effective, equitable, and aligned to business goals
Participate in broader talent or organisational projects as required
