How you will make an impact:
Identifying and attracting talents for vacancies across the EEMEA region. Advise management, develop and facilitate programs to enable Edwards to meet talent acquisition needs.
Managing the recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies across the entire EMEA region (Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa), including senior level positions
Partner with hiring managers to set recruitment process planning and expectations (key requirements and competencies, sourcing strategy, recruitment strategy etc.)
Lead in the development of multiple talent sourcing options for both active and passive candidates, utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates (e.g. job boards, advertising, database and internet searches, and networking and referrals, and anticipate organization needs by ensuring an ongoing talent pool)
Performs candidate screening (review resumes, phone calls, competency based interviews), identifying position matching, availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs etc.
Identify and execute the most appropriate assessment tests for any defined position
Collaborate with Country HR, HRBPs and hiring managers to conduct complex offer negotiations and finalize the hiring process
Optimize and lead strategic recruiting activities and talent acquisition projects, processes and programs to fulfill business needs and organizational priorities
Ensure on-going process improvement and drive implementation of most cost effective/highest value third-party contracts to support talent acquisition
Develop content on recruitment/talent acquisition processes and provide training to stakeholders
Execute and drive adaptation of recruitment projects and programs (e.g., career fairs, recruiting events, relocation, and immigration)
Provide coaching and guidance to lower level talent acquisition team members

What you’ll need:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field
5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in global environment
Experience hiring for the EMEA region.
Experience using Workday as ATS system.
Provide experience in utilizing advanced sourcing skills and systems (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional network and Social Media)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating, consultative and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
Able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English
