Job Description:

The role: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will work closely with hiring managers and leaders to develop and execute an effective talent acquisition strategy aimed at securing top talent in the market that drive the growth of our business. 

What you’ll do as the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner:

  • Partner directly with hiring managers and leaders to assess hiring needs, role prioritization, and job specifications 
  • Act as a consultant to the business by driving the recruiting strategy and offering solutions to specific problems, issues, or obstacles encountered
  • Ensure a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owning full life cycle recruiting responsibilities
  • Recruit for roles across multiple business units and regions 
  • Drive innovative sourcing strategies to engage and attract top talent in the market
  • Work closely with Employment Branding to generate campaigns targeted to increase awareness and top of funnel 

What you’ll bring as the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner:

  • 5+ years of SaaS GTM recruiting experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner (cybersecurity preferred).
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders and hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor
  • Proven ability to continuously evolve interview practices and strategy with a focus on candidate experience and automation
  • Experience partnering with HR teams such as People Operations, Compensation, and Talent Management on a regular basis
  • Proven experience running targeted searches and engagement campaigns to increase awareness, generate interest, and secure hires
  • Ability to develop recruitment strategies while leveraging internal and external metrics & insights
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS is preferred but not required
