What We Need: 

At Synapse Health, our Talent Acquisition team plays a vital role in attracting and hiring top-tier talent. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, leveraging market insights and proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top candidates. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, implement best-in-class hiring practices, and build strong talent pipelines to support our long-term growth in a fully remote capacity.
We are seeking a strategic, consultative recruiter who excels at building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering top talent. In this role, you will proactively source high-quality candidates, anticipate hiring needs, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You Will Do: 

  • Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process with a primary focus on hiring high volume customer service job families, from proactive sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a high-touch, seamless candidate experience.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates, and a smooth process from application to onboarding.
  • Build and nurture robust talent pipelines for critical roles through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and leveraging advanced search techniques.
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans in partnership with hiring managers, providing expert consultation on hiring best practices, talent analytics, labor market trends, and talent strategy, adapting to market conditions and evolving business needs.
  • Act as a trusted and strategic Talent Advisor, leveraging emotional intelligence to build trust and credibility with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on hiring priorities to drive competitive hiring decisions.
  • Foster strong cross-functional partnerships, collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize talent acquisition strategies and enhance long-term workforce planning.
  • Draft, implement and improve hiring processes to elevate internal efficiency and the overall candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and maintain accurate documentation within Greenhouse ATS.

What You Have:  

At Synapse Health we’ve intentionally built a culture of kindness, collaboration and creativity, and we consider those qualities to be table stakes for any new team member. Additional requirements include:

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with expertise in sourcing top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and talent mapping.
  • Experience in high volume customer services roles. Healthcare recruiting experience preferred but not required.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate talent needs, adapt to shifting priorities, and develop proactive recruitment solutions.
  • Strong relationship management and consultative skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, guide hiring teams, and challenge decisions to drive optimal outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills with high emotional intelligence, ability to navigate complex conversations, resolve conflicts, and create a positive hiring experience.
  • Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.
