Job Description

Join our team as a Recruiter and take charge of our high-volume recruitment efforts to find professionals in the field of IT! We are looking for a talented individual to lead end-to-end recruitment processes, identify and attract exceptional candidates, and ensure a seamless experience for all applicants.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for EMEA

  • Roles, developers, QA engineers, managers, infrastructure, support

  • Identify and attract highly skilled candidates through various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.

  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Manage the technical aspects of recruitment enablement, including ATS administration, reporting, and compliance with GDPR regulations, and DEI.

  • Propose and implement enhancements to the candidate experience, such as improving communication, streamlining application procedures, and providing feedback.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the recruitment process remains efficient and competitive.

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter or/and Talent Acquisition Partner in a global company preferably with a focus on high-volume recruitment in the IT industry

  • In-depth knowledge of various sourcing strategies and recruitment techniques.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, open to AI based technologies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent within specified timelines.

  • Continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

  • Willingness to come to the office in Warsaw, Prague, Valencia, Madrid twice a week.

  • English B2 minimum.
