Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay is currently seeking talent for a Talent Acquisition Partner. We offer an opportunity to grow within a global semiconductor organization, gaining exposure to diverse hiring projects and cross-functional collaboration, while working closely with an international talent acquisition team across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Location: Newport, UK OR remote in the UK
What you would be doing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
- Source and engage candidates through multiple channels; Run complex searches
- Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes
- Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and hiring progress
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions
- Ensure positive candidate experience and timely communication
- Maintain accurate data in ATS (e.g., Workday)
- Participate in regional/global TA projects and cross-border hiring initiatives
- Support recruitment process improvements and TA initiatives
What you will bring along:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3–5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Experienced in direct sourcing & executive outreach
- Experience hiring for semiconductors manufacturing industry is a plus
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social media
- Experience with ATS systems, experience with Workday is a plus
- Good communication skills in English and preferably another European Language
- Confident working with senior stakeholders - able to challenge, influence, and advise
